主要工作1. Support Avaya’s new released product - Secure Access Link replaced the old connecting method – modem, which makes it more secure an d steady. Most of Avaya products are SAL enabled nowadays. My job is to make sure the connection is stable an d smooth as well as alarm go through SAL gateway. 2. Support Application Enablement Services which is like medium center sitting between 3rd party app an d Avaya main product Communication Manager. AES is more like an interface which connects Apps an d CM to meet customize expectations, like monitoring, conference, etc.
