主要工作1. Specify the corresponding plan according to the business development of the enterprise; 2. Develop new job descriptions according to the new plan: recruit new employees an d manage professional training; 3. According to the requirements of the school ,to the foreign talents, specify the corresponding job description; 4. Help the school guide the whole process of working visa for foreign talents who signed the contract; 5. Specify travel arrangements for foreign talents coming to China an d conduct simple training to better adapt to China´s working life; 6.Develop channels to find foreign talents that meet the requirements of the school, an d urge the signing of contracts.
