主要工作● Checking, reviewing an d replying emails from customers every day, responding to inquiries an d resolving problems about contracts, projects an d services. ● Reviewing drawing with customers an d internal R&D team, push the project move forward quickly. ● Giving quotation to customers, negotiating with them, an d reach the agreement in our both sides. ● Sign the contract, responding to inquiries an d resolving problems, concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, an d persons affected. ● Managing relevant paperwork such as contracts, projects an d services. ● Working with Engineering team, Process team, manufacturing lines an d others to ensure that delivery urgent pull in, drawing DFM confirm, an d closing the quality issues goals are met ● Giving advice an d suggestion on the drawing design, manufacturing process, QC flow chart to other teams, including R&D team, Process team, making report to the Director an d help them making decisions. ● Checking the 8D report, data sheets an d other technical files before QA engineering, R&D team release to the customers ● Collecting the related marketing data, making the analysis an d report to director. ● Reviewing an d arranging customers visiting schedule, making meeting appointment agenda list ● Ac
